As a Pressure Pumping Sales Manager, you'll be involved in planning and executing the overall sales strategy for Oman. In a high-impact, exciting environment, you'll work with multiple product lines within the Segment. As a trusted leader, you’ll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, relationships, and sound business acumen
As a Pressure Pumping Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handling important clients for a product line.
- Cooperating with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- Department is involved in large NOC and IOC sales and long term contracts
- Handling country or Large Territory
- Representing Baker Hughes and ensuring the highest level of Account Management for major accounts within your area, across several service lines
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will excel in the following areas:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Oilfield Services, specializing in Pressure Pumping service lines such as Cementing, Coiled Tubing, Production Enhancement, and Downhole Tools.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales as a Sales leader and primary customer contact for major NOC or IOC accounts, with demonstrated ability to manage long term contracts, technology introductions, unplanned sales, and overall management of project team execution for a major account
- Operational, Technical, Sales expertise in coiled tubing interventions, production enhancement, and cementing technologies, with demonstrated ability to improve offerings, deploy leading technology, and create commercial pathways to execute contractually
- Experience in delivering multi-year (100M USD+) tenders, and, working closely with Operations and Project Management teams to optimize delivery to the client
