Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media, client, or agency service in a sales role working with stakeholders in global organizations.
  • Experience in working with programmatic media buying platforms e.g., Demand Side Platform (DSPs).
  • Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to work in this client-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google’s DV360 and Campaign Manager 360.
  • Experience working with performer media buying solutions.
  • Experience working in ad sales on publisher or ad tech side or working in a marketing or media role at advertisers or media agencies.
  • Experience in the evolving media landscape with knowledge of digital media, including key trends and dynamics in Germany, major European countries, and the United States.
  • Ability to craft, activate, and grow plans grounded in innovative media solutions, complemented by media planning experience that demonstrates clear return on investment (ROI).
