Drive business growth for Hellmann Romania by identifying and developing new customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
Promote Hellmann’s full logistics portfolio, including airfreight, ocean freight, road transport, and contract logistics solutions
Develop strategic sales plans and actively manage the sales pipeline
Prepare competitive offers and lead commercial negotiations
Work closely with operational and product teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions
Represent Hellmann in the market with professionalism, energy, and entrepreneurial spirit
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian logistics and transport market
- Existing customer portfolio and industry network is a strong advantage
- Hunter mentality with the ability to open doors and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership attitude
- Fluent Romanian and professional English skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a globally connected team
