The Mid-Market Account Manager manages an assigned book of business while building long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for responding to day-to-day client inquiries, providing analytics, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Account Manager interfaces with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders, develops client deliverables, and maintains RSC quality and service standards.
This position typically supports a smaller, less complex book of business and assists the Team Leader and Account Executives as needed. The Account Manager is also responsible for driving revenue growth and client expansion within their portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employer-sponsored health and welfare plans, including applicable federal and state regulations.
