How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Execute the strategy for the customer
  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role

Reporting to the Head Sales Manager National & Discounters Customers you will be responsible of the whole customer management.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Execute the customer´s strategy in order to maximize the business at top line and bottom line.
  • Build strong relationships with customers in order to reach a high level of account penetration will be key to find and development opportunities.
  • Will be responsible for executing pricing, innovation activation, assortment optimization and creating rotation plans to boost distribution.
  • Will be responsible for maximizing the promotional plan and control the budget working hand to hand with RGM team and creating specific customer plans
  • Will be involved in strategic projects.
  • Engage the Organization with the customer. 
  • Dynamic, proactive and “can do” person that will help to Coordinate commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders.
  • The person must be updated with market, consumer, and retailer trends
     

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Deep knowledge of Spanish market
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role or previous customer commercial background and experience in managing customers in local market and in areas such as Category Planning, Customer Marketing, Perfect store, will be highly valuable.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Strategic Business Acumen
