What You'll Do
Drive new business development through prospecting, cold outreach, and field engagement
Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and increasing share of wallet
Act as a trusted advisor—recommend hose, fittings, and fluid power solutions based on customer needs and applications
Manage your territory strategically to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit targets
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product recommendations
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools
Experience, Education and Skills
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
3+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
Industry experience in industrial hose, hydraulics, fluid power, construction, manufacturing, or MRO strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for success in the territory
Hands-on experience with hose assembly, repair, or application support
Proven ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts in a competitive market
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain product applications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with strong time management and territory planning abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
