This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for executing outbound lead generation efforts, managing email campaigns, and engaging wholesale clients to drive sales opportunities. This role combines hands-on outreach, sales conversations, and the use of AI tools to automate processes and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Email Campaigns
Conduct outreach via email, targeting wholesale clients and generating high-quality leads
Manage and automate email outreach and follow-ups to maintain engagement throughout the sales process
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent communication and relationship-building
Sales Calls & Client Engagement
Conduct phone calls with potential wholesale clients to introduce the product, answer questions, and communicate value
Qualify leads and close deals over the phone
Maintain client relationships, address concerns, and support the sales process to ensure successful conversions
AI-Driven Outreach & Automation
Leverage AI tools to automate outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling tasks
Utilize AI-powered insights to improve lead targeting and campaign performance
Continuously refine AI-driven workflows to increase engagement and conversion rates
Reporting & Analytics
Track outreach efforts and analyze email campaign performance to optimize future campaigns
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, communications, and sales progress within the CRM
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, and CPG wholesale sales
Experience managing email campaigns and using CRM systems for lead management and follow-ups
Skills
Knowledge of sales automation tools, particularly for email outreach and follow-ups
Familiarity with AI tools for automating outreach, scheduling, and task management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong sales skills, with the ability to effectively engage wholesale clients over the phone
Analytical mindset to measure outreach performance and refine strategies
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage client data and maintain accurate records
