As the Sales Manager, Customer Onboarding for the US West region, you will lead a team of individual contributors across multiple 'pods'. These Googlers work with new customers to navigate them through the world of digital marketing: crafting marketing objectives, developing media strategies and setting them up with the right Google Ads product to reach key milestones. Additionally, you will be managing business operations working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to foster alignment and to drive customers long term success.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in pipeline management and sales funnel management.
- Experience in change management and ambiguity.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Ability to work with regional and global teams.
- Ability to demonstrate success in developing business teams and working towards goals.
