Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, GCS (Mandarin, English)

The Mid-Market Sales team is a critical growth engine for customers in Google Customer Solutions, which looks after the various sized customers with a focused approach with multiple supporting specialist teams. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients or customers.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the client management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients, and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy, and product knowledge across digital advertising products.
- Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
- Ability to develop joint business plans, influence or collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer.
- Ability to assess and solve customer needs via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling.
