Description:
As a temporary member of our Quality Control team at Thermo Fisher Scientific you'll contribute by ensuring the quality and reliability of products that support the development of innovative therapeutic products to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll be responsible for the following divers important activities.

Your Tasks:

  • Quality control and release of immunological Assays (e.g. ELISA)
  • independent and accurate performance of Quality Control tests according to special manuals, including data analysis and interpretation of results
  • final control of certificates and recording of these QC released products in ERP system (BMD database)
  • review of assembly papers and assembled kits prior delivery
  • incoming raw material tests
  • stability studies of these immunological Assays
  • management of reference material and samples
  • fixing activities if products do not meet QC specifications
  • problem solving facing customer complaints
  • initiation of non-conforming reports (NCR) in case of quality issues
  • service and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • creation and validation of protocols and /or processes
  • implementation of PPI improvement and business excellence initiatives
  • cross department exchange program

  • Proficient digital literacy with a desired knowledge of MS Office

The payment takes place according to the collective agreement of Trade, Crafts and Services. The annual base gross salary for this position is at least €35,392.56 and will be overpaid according to qualifications and professional experience.
