As an I&S MCA – SWD Project Sourcing Specialist, you will drive sourcing activities across Integrated & Solutions (I&S) projects. You will play a critical role in developing sourcing strategies, engaging suppliers, and ensuring cost competitiveness while supporting tendering and execution phases of major projects.
As a Project Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing optimal sourcing strategies aligned with project and tender requirements
Supporting ITO (Inquiry to Order) with supplier selection, competitive quoting, and award recommendations
Ensuring cost accuracy and high confidence in tender submissions
Establishing and managing strategic supplier relationships and partnerships
Leading supplier engagement, qualification processes, and workshops
Managing contracts and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle
Driving cost optimization initiatives and lead time improvements
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans with clear ownership and follow-up
Supporting volume leverage strategies and early sourcing aligned with project timelines
Ensuring successful handover of sourcing strategy to execution teams upon contract award
Driving implementation of strategic agreements and continuous sourcing improvements
Conducting supplier performance reviews and ensuring alignment with business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or commercial roles within large-scale or technical projects
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
Have solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
Show proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Be comfortable working in technical and fast-paced environments
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Be fluent in English
