Assistant Demand Planner

Join us as an assistant demand planner and help execute our inventory strategy to ensure our products are available in-store and online for our customers!

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you will do as an assistant demand planner?

  • Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights.

  • Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers.

  • Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online.

  • Track and report overstock inventory.

  • Create, monitor, and update outstanding purchase orders.

  • Support the execution of planograms to ensure our stores are set up to best serve our customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience

  • 1-3 years of retail buying, inventory management, or planning experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – you love data!

  • Strong communication skills

  • Critical thinking – have a “seek to understand” approach

  • Great team player

Annualized Compensation Range

$55,000.00 - $62,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
