Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst plays a key role in driving effective Supply Chain Operations and delivering actionable business insights. This role is responsible for managing daily operational planning activities, including demand fulfilment, issue resolution, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. In addition, the incumbent leverages AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance Supply Chain visibility, support proactive decision-making, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Translating demand plans into supply plans while balancing inventory, service levels and capacity constraints
Monitoring forecast accuracy, inventory health and key KPIs, recommending continuous improvements
Collaborating cross-functionally to manage risks, shortages and excess inventory
Supporting system and process improvements within planning and reporting tools
Provide order management and customer support for all shipments into and out of Asia Pacific region
Create & Execute order changes in SAP system upon alignment with stakeholders.
Perform daily delivery creation upon batch yield from supplying site
Serve as SuperUser to provide functional support for OTC & STS processes and ERP systems
Provide support to market on registration samples requirements
Initiate RCT request and co-ordinate with Medical Directors in Market for necessary approval
Responsible for Planning Parameters & Master Data set up and maintenance
Maintain clean demand signal to the site, weekly review, and take action on replenishment planning exception (pull in/ push out/ expiry)
Communicate supply constraints and issues to Commercial and SCM stakeholders.
Ensure optimal supply and work with Cross Functional Stakeholders to mitigate supply impact due to Regulatory and Network changes.
Conduct IQV risk assessment on FG inventory
Develop and leverage AI / IT Tools (Tableau/Power BI/DAX) dashboards for operational efficiency and data analysis
Ensure data accuracy through validation, quality checks, and issue resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in projects aimed at enhancing supply chain processes, data management, and operational efficiency
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations is preferred
Basic understanding of MRP/ERP systems such as SAP & Maestro is preferred
Understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics Operations
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in a matrixed setting
Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, DAX language, Tableau, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS etc would be preferred
Compliance awareness: basic understanding of operating in regulated environments and adherence to procedures.
Business analysis skills: ability to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into data or solution specifications, and support testing and validation activities.
Data literacy: ability to analyze datasets, build reports, and visualize metrics; attention to data quality.
