Manager II, Quality Engineer - Supply Chain
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Join a team that sits at the center of business execution—turning strategy into clear plans, scalable processes, and high-quality digital content that helps associates and stakeholders move faster. In this role, you’ll lead and support projects at multiple sites/clusters and improvement programs end-to-end, removing blockers, driving adoption, and ensuring initiatives land smoothly across the business. What You’ll Do- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress against performance standards.
- Lead and develop associates by hiring/selecting, training, mentoring, assigning work, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing performance to build a strong, team-based environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, gathering input, and applying improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance; tracking changes; managing risks/issues; monitoring budgets; and providing routine status reporting and presentations.
- Lead content management initiatives by prioritizing requests, building and maintaining tools/templates/resources, guiding platform best practices, and ensuring content quality and governance alignment.
- Improve processes and drive behavior change by analyzing performance baselines, simplifying workflows, developing sustainable solutions, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing post-implementation improvements tied to metrics.
- Have strong program/project management expertise, including scope definition, timeline and milestone management, risk/issue resolution, stakeholder communications, and executive-ready reporting.
- Bring experience with process improvement and change management—using data to identify gaps, simplify workflows, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Understand content governance and digital communications, with the ability to build scalable tools/templates and maintain quality standards across platforms.
- Are a people leader who develops talent through coaching, clear expectations, feedback, and recognition—building a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
- Communicate with clarity and influence—able to align diverse stakeholders, translate complex work into actionable plans, and deliver outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experienceDemonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings
