Carnet Technical Support
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire Carnet Technical Support within our CCS division. This position falls under our Carnet line of business and is located in Prague. In this role, you will responsible for providing second-level technical support to end users of vehicle monitoring and telematics applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer support, optimal service availability, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The position involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting installation technicians and partners, configuring vehicles and devices in the system, and assisting with system testing and development activities. You will report directly to Carnet Manager and regularly collaborate with Carnet team.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide second-level technical support for vehicle monitoring and telematics systems.
Communicate directly with customers to resolve individual requests and system incidents.
Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Support internal installation technicians and external installation partners.
Configure and onboard new vehicles and telematics units within the system.
Provide direct support to the development team.
Test systems and new functionalities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams.
Contribute actively to team collaboration and support a positive team culture.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Secondary school education required; electrical engineering background is an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar technical support role is an advantage.
Good understanding of IT systems and technical environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of database systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, logical, and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Native-level Czech language proficiency (the role supports the Czech and Slovak markets).
English language skills are an advantage but not required.
German language skills are an advantage but not required.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is Kč 540,000 – Kč 648,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
