THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist at Vdara, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. With your warm smile, approachable nature, and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming and seamless check-in experience that sets the tone for our guests’ visit. Your professionalism and dedication to maintaining a polished environment play a key role in upholding the high standards that define the Vdara experience. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department
Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and looks neat for all incoming guests
Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
