About the Role
As an Order Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience throughout the order lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you'll manage orders, resolve enquiries, coordinate across multiple teams and help ensure that products reach customers accurately and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and bringing structure and accuracy to complex processes in a fast-paced international environment.
What You'll Do
Manage customer orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Support customers with order-related enquiries, quotations and account maintenance activities
Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver the best possible customer experience
Monitor orders, identify potential issues and proactively drive resolution
Maintain accurate customer and order data across multiple business systems
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Fluent English language skills and working proficiency in Finnish (B1-B2 level), both written and spoken.
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, order management, customer operations or a similar environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar is an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
A Bachelor's degree is an advantage; however, relevant experience and a strong customer-focused mindset are equally valued.
