Sales Operative Support Analyst

Principales responsabilidades:

• Realizar escuchas y evaluaciones de llamadas.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de scripts, políticas comerciales y normativas internas en las ventas y servicio al cliente.
• Detectar errores operativos, malas prácticas y oportunidades de mejora.
• Analizar reclamos recurrentes, especialmente relacionados con cobros incorrectos y mala experiencia del cliente.
• Documentar hallazgos y generar reportes de calidad y tendencias.

Requisitos:

• Estudios en administración de empresas
• Dominio avanzado de Excel
• Conocimientos básicos SQL y Power BI

Conocimientos Específicos:

• Atención al detalle y pensamiento analítico.
• Capacidad de escucha crítica y objetiva.
• Comunicación clara y asertiva.
• Organización y gestión del tiempo.
