General Description / Primary Purpose:
This is work performing grounds maintenance and landscape installation duties, including but not restricted to maintenance of turf, landscape, and irrigation; litter control; and setup for special events. Specific duties will be determined by the supervisor.
Job Function:
Mowing
Weed eating, edging asphalt and cement surfaces
Plant bed maintenance
Equipment/shop maintenance
Landscape construction
Special projects/events
Participate in special event set-ups and other work
Assist with campus maintenance emergencies
Assist with new utilities installation and maintenance of existing utilities
Manages work orders
Raking leaves
