Delivery Driver - Supervisor

Position Summary
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations.
In this high impact role, you will serve as a liaison between long term care facilities and delivery staff. You will train all transport personnel.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate work schedules and delivery routes
- Monitor work flow to analyze patterns and trends
- Review and set standards for staff
- If needed; Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies into long term care facilities or patient’s homes
- Conduct routing staff meetings
- Attend management meetings as required
- The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments operations.
Required Qualifications
- Driver’s license in good standing and a clean driving record
- Possess strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills and work well with other employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to use routing software (if applicable)
- Ability to drive a standard transmission IF necessary.
- Customer service orientation
Physical Requirements:
- Sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day.
- Sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day.
- Lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
- May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
