Executive Driver - Special Event
H2 Event Group is seeking Executive Drivers to assist with transporting clients to and from designated locations affiliated with a large special event scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA.
*Candidates local to Los Angeles, CA and neighboring metro area will be given priority
Candidate Expectations
- Drivers must maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to various designated locations throughout the event
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Must have valid personal auto insurance policy
- Must possess a valid drivers license
Event Details
- Vary by role and will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process
- Program scheduled to occur in late June to mid-July
- Availability is required for all of the days listed in the date ranges provided
- Call times and daily shift schedules are not available at this time
Daily Schedule / Hours
- Shifts will be either 10 or 12 consecutive hours per/day
Vehicle Types
- Sedan / SUV / Minivan / Sprinter Van
- Candidates must be comfortable driving all vehicle types listed above
Professional Appearance Expectations
- All clothing must be clean, pressed, and free of rips, stains, or tears.
- Jewelry is permitted; however, facial piercings are not permitted during working hours.
- All tattoos must be covered during working hours.
Uniform Requirements
(Business Attire):
Full suit including a white button-down shirt, dress pants, suit jacket, neutral-colored tie, and black dress shoes.
Additional Position Requirements
- Proficiency in Korean and English is a business necessity for this role, due to the specific demographics of the client base served - *some roles will have this requirement
- Completion and submission of a background check is required.
- Candidates must provide their own uniform.
- Familiarity with the Los Angeles, CA area is preferred.
