Executive Driver - Special Event

H2 Event Group is seeking Executive Drivers to assist with transporting clients to and from designated locations affiliated with a large special event scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, CA. 
 
*Candidates local to Los Angeles, CA and neighboring metro area will be given priority 
 
 
Candidate Expectations
  • Drivers must maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to various designated locations throughout the event
  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Must have valid personal auto insurance policy
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
Event Details
  • Vary by role and will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process
  • Program scheduled to occur in late June to mid-July
  • Availability is required for all of the days listed in the date ranges provided
  • Call times and daily shift schedules are not available at this time 
 
Daily Schedule / Hours
  • Shifts will be either 10 or 12 consecutive hours per/day
 
Vehicle Types
  • Sedan / SUV / Minivan / Sprinter Van 
  • Candidates must be comfortable driving all vehicle types listed above
 
Professional Appearance Expectations
  • All clothing must be clean, pressed, and free of rips, stains, or tears.
  • Jewelry is permitted; however, facial piercings are not permitted during working hours.
  • All tattoos must be covered during working hours.
 
Uniform Requirements
 
(Business Attire):
Full suit including a white button-down shirt, dress pants, suit jacket, neutral-colored tie, and black dress shoes.
 
Additional Position Requirements
  • Proficiency in Korean and English is a business necessity for this role, due to the specific demographics of the client base served - *some roles will have this requirement 
  • Completion and submission of a background check is required.
  • Candidates must provide their own uniform.
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles, CA area is preferred.
