Job Title: Junior Freelance Recruiter

Location: Remote

Type: Freelance | 30–40 hrs/week

Hourly Rate: €20–25 per hour

 

About the Role
10x.team is seeking a Junior Freelance Recruiter to join our fast-growing community. In this role, you will play an important part in reviewing candidates who apply to join the 10x community. This is a remote freelance position requiring a weekly commitment of 30–40 hours.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review job profiles and applications submitted by candidates

  • Assess candidate fit through evaluation of interviews and assessment results

  • Decide which candidates can join the 10x community based on predefined criteria

  • Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and progress

 

About You

  • Some prior experience in recruitment or HR (internship, agency, or in-house)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable following structured processes and providing objective feedback

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
