We are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across business functions for a 1-year contractual role. The individual will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to drive quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned roles
Partner with hiring managers on role understanding, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, market mapping and channel partnerships
Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Maintain data hygiene and recruitment tracking through ATS and reporting tools
Manage the resume database efficiently
Who should apply?
5-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in in-house or search environments
Experience hiring across corporate, business or non-technical (sales) roles preferred
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and assessment skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong communication, ownership and execution orientation
MS Office proficiency is preferred
