Manager - JDDD Sales
Job Purpose: -
- Lead digital ad monetization strategy and revenue growth for JDDD for marquee tentpole events on JioHotstar for South market
- Drive end-to-end sponsorship and performance media sales across brand and performance-led campaigns.
- Deliver high-impact brand partnerships and innovative coupon-led solutions through Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan platform
- Align monetization efforts with platform content strategy to maximize advertiser value and viewer engagement.
- Champion client-centric, data-driven ad solutions that scale across live sports events.
- Coordinate with JioCoupons platform for performance management and campaign fulfiment for coupon clients on JDDD.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue generation on JDDD across digital inventory via direct brand sales, agency partnerships, and sponsorship deals.
- Close end-to-end sponsorships for marquee cricketing events.
- Lead strategic monetization of Jeeto Dhan Dhana Dhan through sponsorships and coupon-driven campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, and marketing teams to create high-impact advertiser solutions.
- Manage client relationships and pitch innovative, data-backed media plans tailored to campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign delivery, ensure performance KPIs are met, and oversee post-campaign reporting and optimizations.
- Identify new monetization opportunities, market trends, and platform innovations to stay ahead of competition.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue Achievement vs Target (%): Annual revenue vs assigned targets across Branding Sponsorships and Coupon campaigns.
- Sponsorship Closures: Number and value of sponsorship deals closed (e.g., title sponsorships).
- Client Retention Rate (%): Repeat business from top advertisers across events.
- Market Coverage to create more awareness about JDDD as a platform for advertising
- Average Deal Size: Growth in average deal value across brand and performance segments.
- Sales Conversion Rate: Proposal-to-conversion ratio across direct and agency-driven deals.
- Inventory Utilization (%): Effective monetization of ad inventory across live events .
- New Business Development: Number of new advertisers onboarded, especially in non-traditional or emerging sectors.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing
- 8+ Years of Experience
