About The Team

Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Quality & Administration Specialist to oversee warehouse operational quality, asset and inventory management, administrative support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring warehouse operations, managing warehouse assets and consumables, driving quality improvements, resolving operational issues, and enhancing overall warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operations Quality Monitoring
- Monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, sorting, packing, and outbound activities.
- Ensure warehouse KPIs and operational quality standards are achieved.
- Identify operational risks, exceptions, and quality issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews.
2. Warehouse Quality Improvement
- Analyze operational issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Review operational incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Optimize warehouse workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Establish and maintain quality control systems and monitoring mechanisms.
3. Exception Management & Problem Resolution
- Respond quickly to operational exceptions and warehouse incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure timely closure and follow-up of warehouse operational issues.
- Improve issue resolution efficiency and accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Warehouse Administration & Asset Management
- Manage warehouse assets, equipment, uniforms, and office supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure asset security and accuracy.
- Handle procurement and lifecycle management of warehouse and office equipment.
- Maintain asset records and administrative documentation.
5. Consumables & Inventory Management
- Monitor warehouse consumables usage and inventory levels.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of consumables.
- Manage issuance and control of warehouse operational materials.
- Support inventory accuracy and cost control initiatives.
6. Cost Control & Operational Capability Enhancement
- Assist in controlling warehouse operating costs and reducing hard costs.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to improve workforce capability and equipment management.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in warehouse asset management, consumables management, or warehouse operations quality management.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Business-level Korean proficiency.
Preferred
- Experience in international logistics or cross-border supply chain operations.
- Experience in overseas warehousing and integrated supply chain operations.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills.
- Experience in KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.

- 창고 소모품 사용 현황 모니터링
- 적정 재고 유지 및 구매 계획 수립
- 소모품 지급 및 재고 관리
- 비용 절감 및 재고 정확도 향상 지원
6. 비용 절감 및 운영 역량 강화
- 창고 운영 비용 절감 활동 지원

자격요건
필수
- 물류, 창고 운영 또는 공급망 관리 분야 경력 2년 이상
- 창고 자산 관리, 소모품 관리 또는 운영 품질 관리 경험
- 학사 학위 이상
- 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
- 비즈니스 수준 이상의 한국어 능력
