The Warehouse Coordinator II, III is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials for capital and operational projects. This role will troubleshoot and solve moderately sophisticated issues by crafting practical solutions. The ability to communicate with others and balance multiple priorities are keys to success.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Purchases equipment, materials, supplies, and services for the company at a minimum cost to be delivered to a specific location by a required date
  • Tracks inventory and purchase orders
  • Provides a breadth of expertise in more than one administrative process to the warehouse
  • Provides tools and recommendations to Inventory Committee for improving inventory metrics
  • Ensures warehouse and lay down yards security and accountability
  • Schedules meetings/calls with project managers and managers on project requirements
  • Works proactively with buyers and other coordinators regarding material requirements to reallocate surplus materials between areas and resolving material/equipment discrepancies
  • Operates a forklift or telehandler to off load and load project materials and inspects material received against purchase order and packing slips
  • Organizes storage yard and warehouse and ensures purchase order and project identification are on all materials and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma/GED; a minimum of six (6) years’ experience with knowledge of gas pipeline and compression equipment; Forklift Certification

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Operational experience with forklifts and telehandlers
  • Organizational experience in layout of warehouse and pipe lay down areas
  • Knowledge of materials management and warehouse operations
  • Preferred: Material/equipment experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Preferred: Shipping, logistics and expediting experience
  • Preferred: Manlift equipment experience

$25 - $31 - $37
