What we do

RoleSuite is an independent job board operated by a single developer. Every listing comes straight from the company's own career page, fetched directly via the source applicant tracking system's API rather than scraped from a secondary site like Indeed or LinkedIn. The pipeline runs on a one-hour cron and listings auto-expire after 30 days. We don't accept payment for placement and we don't insert recruiter postings or staffing-agency listings.

Jobs are split across 44 specialized boards, one per role type. Engineering alone covers nine boards (software, backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, devops, QA, security, engineering management). Finance separates into commercial banking, investment banking, and accounting. The granularity beats a single search index because it lets each role type have its own filters, structured data, and SEO surface.

How it works

1. Source. Every listing on RoleSuite comes from the hiring employer's own channel — their published hiring feed, their own application portal. We do not republish from Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, or any other secondary aggregator.

2. Normalize. Each posting is processed into a common shape so that searching across employers behaves consistently. Salary, location, work type, experience range, and employment type are extracted when the employer published them; we don't invent values where the data is missing.

3. Classify. Every job is assigned to exactly one of 44 boards. A single listing never appears on multiple boards. Misclassifications are audited regularly and corrected.

4. Serve. Listings are ordered by recency. No employer can pay for placement. The page you see is the same regardless of who you are; there is no personalization, ad targeting, or behavioral ranking.

What makes RoleSuite different

  • Direct from source. No reposted listings, no agency duplicates, no expired jobs lingering for weeks.
  • No paid ranking. Employers can't buy placement. Jobs are ordered by recency.
  • No login wall. Browse, search, and apply without creating an account.
  • Granular boards. Investment banking, sales engineering, semiconductor, and program management each get their own dedicated board — not buried under "Finance" or "Engineering" mega-categories.
  • Honest signals. Salary, experience, and work-type are parsed and surfaced when present; we don't make them up when they're missing.

FAQ

What is RoleSuite?

An independent job board. We surface open positions from 2,800+ employers across 44 specialized boards — one per role type. Every listing comes from the hiring employer's own channel and links to their official application page. We don't handle applications, charge for placement, or insert recruiter postings.

How is this different from Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter?

Three differences. (1) Source — every listing comes from the hiring employer's own channel; we don't republish from secondary aggregators. (2) No paid ranking — listings are ordered by recency only. No employer can pay for placement. (3) No friction — no account required to browse or apply.

How fresh are the listings?

Listings refresh continuously throughout the day. New postings appear on RoleSuite within a couple of hours of being published. Listings expire after 30 days, or sooner if the employer takes them down.

How are role types classified?

Each job is assigned to exactly one of 44 boards. The classifier uses multi-tier matching with explicit guards against common false positives, and is audited regularly to keep boards clean.

Is RoleSuite free?

Yes. No paid tier. No account required.
