Shared Services Accountant
Job Description:
Misión:
Como Contador, será responsable de apoyar a la Compañía en el departamento de Servicios Compartidos para estabilizar los registros, conciliaciones y procesos. Garantizará la integridad financiera y la estabilidad operativa del departamento de Servicios Compartidos, asegurando el estricto cumplimiento de las regulaciones locales, impulsando reportes financieros precisos y gestionando estratégicamente el flujo de caja, la liquidez y la mitigación de riesgos para respaldar la toma de decisiones corporativas.
Responsabilidades:
Asegurar que los registros cumplan con las normas locales.
Preparar balances generales, estados de pérdidas y ganancias (P&L) y reportes de flujo de caja para la revisión de la gerencia.
Gestionar la lista de verificación (checklist) para asegurar que todos los departamentos entreguen la información a tiempo; realizar conciliaciones finales.
Asistir y revisar el trabajo de los Contadores Junior para garantizar la precisión.
Monitorear los "Reportes de Antigüedad de Saldos" (Aging Reports) y dar seguimiento a las cuentas vencidas.
Gestión y proyección del flujo de caja (Cash Management y forecasting).
Proporcionar a la gerencia actualizaciones sobre el flujo de caja y los riesgos de cuentas incobrables.
Gestionar préstamos y financiamientos.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas financieras, regulaciones y controles internos.
Proporcionar reportes periódicos sobre la posición de efectivo.
Requisitos:
Educación y Experiencia
Educación: Licenciatura en Contabilidad o Finanzas.
Experiencia: Más de 8 años en tesorería y contabilidad.
Habilidades Técnicas
Herramientas: Dominio de plataformas bancarias, SAP (ERP) y Google Sheets.
Competencias Clave
Finanzas: Alta precisión en la gestión de efectivo y elaboración de reportes.
Habilidades Blandas: Sólida comunicación, pensamiento analítico y alta integridad.
Estilo de Trabajo: Orientado a procesos, altamente disciplinado y calmado bajo la presión del cierre de mes.

Mission:
As Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Company in the Shared Services department to stabilize records, reconciliations, and processes.To secure the financial integrity and operational stability of the Shared Services department by ensuring strict compliance with local regulations, driving accurate financial reporting, and strategically managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk mitigation to support corporate decision-making.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure records according local rules
-Preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports for management review.
-Managing the checklist to ensure all departments submit data on time; performing final reconciliations.
-Assisting and reviewing the work of Junior Accountants to ensure accuracy.
-Monitoring "Aging Reports" and following up on overdue accounts
-Cash Management and forecasting
-Providing management with updates on cash flow and bad debt risks.
-Managing loans, financing
-Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations and internal controls
-Providing regular reports on the cash position
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 8+ years in treasury and accounting.
Technical Skills
Tools: Proficiency in banking platforms, SAP (ERP), and Google Sheets.
Core Competencies
Finance: High precision in cash management and reporting.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and high integrity.
Work Style: Process-oriented, highly disciplined, and calm under month-end pressure.
