This Professional Practices Analyst will be the technical bridge between the Global Internal Audit team and the Archer GRC platform (audit software). Functioning as an IT Business Analyst for the audit function, you will ensure that our technology ecosystem effectively supports our audit methodology. You are responsible for translating complex business requirements into system configurations, managing data, and optimizing the user experience for auditors worldwide. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys blending technical GRC configuration with process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Licenciatura) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, GRC Analyst, or in an Audit Operations role within a global organization.
Proven experience with Archer GRC or other enterprise risk platforms
Experience with data management, including data tagging and reporting architecture (Power BI/SQL).
Demonstrated track record of managing the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements to deployment
Licenses and Certifications:
Professional certification (IAP, CIA, CISA, or CPA) is preferred
Work Requirements:
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish). You must be capable of drafting complex methodology documents and presenting strategic updates to global executive leadership in English.
