Job Description

  • Identify payment/collection in the Bank statement and make the entries in the AR system to clear the correct invoice related to this payment;
  • Be in contact with the Client to clarify any discrepancy between the payment amount and collection;
  • Reconcile all payment applied to the invoice in AR system;
  • Prepare reconciliation for Overdue invoices;
  • Prepare reconciliation between Billing File and Local invoices generated;
  • Prepare reconciliation between Billing File and Municipality invoice generation process;
  • Prepare reconciliation at the month end process for withholding TAX applied to the NF;
  • Prepare a file with accounting details to be entered in Quantum (insctruction on how to account all entries in the Bank Statement).

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Good problem solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues and risks, including root cause analysis
  • Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to establish standards and controls, as well as develop and recommend solutions
  • Good business English, both oral and written
  • Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to work effectively and diverse, international and multi-cultural environment.
