Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is also a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions developed are robust and scalable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience in handling large-scale datasets and training models efficiently.
- Familiarity with natural language processing concepts and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to language model development.
