Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)
Good to have skills : AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing application pipelines that are either cloud-hosted or on-premises, ensuring solutions are production-ready and robust. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-driven products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve AI model performance and deployment strategies.
- Assist in documenting technical processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of developing and deploying AI models using cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience in implementing deep learning techniques including neural networks and related architectures.
- Familiarity with building and optimizing chatbots and conversational AI systems.
- Ability to work with image processing algorithms and integrate them into AI solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
