Manage the architecture and roadmap for multiple large and mid-sized business applications, ensuring they align with AIG’s GenAI strategy and enterprise standards. Lead the development of technical and functional solution architectures, covering the cloud, security, risk, compliance, integration, DevOps, and automation areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and principles that support AI/ML integration and drive business transformation. Guide the creation, adoption, and dissemination of architecture standards across the organization, influencing engineering teams and senior leadership. Oversee the end-to-end execution of architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and maximizing the business value of AI-driven solutions. Work with leading the architecture, design, and road mapping of large-scale business applications and functional technology solutions, with a focus on secure architecture and AI integration with Agile and lean methodologies; managing end-to-end architecture (functional, logical, and physical) for multiple business applications across different geographies and program sizes; collaborating with stakeholders to drive the adoption of AI/ML and cloud-native technologies, ensuring alignment with EA/ITIL frameworks and standards (enterprise, ethical, and responsible AI); managing technical solution architecture in hybrid environments, integrating both on-prem and cloud-based (AWS) infrastructure to create secure and scalable solutions; business ecosystems; SaaS; IaaS; PaaS; APIs; Microservices; Open Data; DevSecOps; architectural solutioning; distributed-based architecture; designing large-scale systems; data pipelines and third-party system integrations; and, communicating complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with leading the architecture, design, and road mapping of large-scale business applications and functional technology solutions, with a focus on secure architecture and AI integration with Agile and lean methodologies; managing end-to-end architecture (functional, logical, and physical) for multiple business applications across different geographies and program sizes; collaborating with stakeholders to drive the adoption of AI/ML and cloud-native technologies, ensuring alignment with EA/ITIL frameworks and standards (enterprise, ethical, and responsible AI); managing technical solution architecture in hybrid environments, integrating both on-prem and cloud-based (AWS) infrastructure to create secure and scalable solutions; business ecosystems; SaaS; IaaS; PaaS; APIs; Microservices; Open Data; DevSecOps; architectural solutioning; distributed-based architecture; designing large-scale systems; data pipelines and third-party system integrations; and, communicating complex architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range: $261,248.00 - $261,248.00 per year.
