We are looking for an IT Recruitment Stream Lead to lead our System Analysis and AI/ML hiring streams. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on recruitment expertise with team leadership, partnering closely with Engineering leaders to build strong hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, and help your recruiters deliver exceptional results.
Challenges that await you:
- Lead and develop a team of 2 IT Recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback
- Own hiring delivery across the System Analysis and AI/ML streams and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring priorities, recruitment strategies, and market approach
- Support recruiters in managing complex hiring processes and difficult hiring cases
- Monitor recruitment funnel performance, analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview quality, and operational efficiency
- Share best practices across the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to scaling recruitment operations
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to hiring, automation, and process optimization
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies to support business decisions
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
- 1+ year of experience leading and developing IT Recruiters
- Experience partnering with Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with recruitment metrics
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in improving recruitment processes is a strong advantage
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
