About the role
The Manager, Retail & Client Insights is a strategic analytics role within the Fragrance & Beauty division, responsible for transforming retail and client data into actionable insights that drive business performance, client engagement, and lifetime value.
Sitting at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and omnichannel experience, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights. You will play a key role in strengthening the division’s ability to understand client behaviors, optimize experiences, and enable more informed, data-driven decisions across boutiques, marketing, and client development.

You will act as a trusted insight partner, elevating how data is used to shape strategy, enhance client experience, and drive performance.
Lead end-to-end analysis on strategic retail and client topics, from problem framing to insight synthesis and presentation
Generate actionable insights on boutique performance, client behaviors, customer satisfaction, and key initiatives (campaigns, events, new store openings)
Analyze omnichannel performance across retail, e-commerce, CRM touchpoints, and client experiences to identify optimization opportunities
Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM and loyalty programs, uncovering drivers of engagement, retention, and client value
Translate complex analysis into clear narratives with business implications and recommended actions for stakeholders
Support key business planning cycles (e.g., quarterly reviews, annual planning) with data-driven insights, forecasts, and performance tracking
Enhance analytics capabilities through collaboration with data teams, improving reporting tools, dashboards, and data quality
Drive a culture of insight-led decision-making, ensuring analysis directly influences strategy and execution

What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
5–8+ years of experience in analytics or insights roles within luxury, retail, beauty, FMCG, e-commerce, or consumer-driven industries
Strong hands-on analytical expertise, with experience in client lifecycle, retail, and omnichannel analytics
Advanced SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets independently
Experience in analytical techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, driver analysis, and scenario modelling
Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel), with strong presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM data, digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and loyalty programs is a strong advantage
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into strategic recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed environment
A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset, with a high standard of rigor and ownership
