What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Support the design and delivery of compliant IT solutions that enable business initiatives
Work with business, automation and technology teams to translate needs into practical solutions
Help design, implement and improve well-structured IT systems and user-focused outcomes
Plan, monitor and support projects and operational improvements
Build strong stakeholder relationships across local, regional and global teams
Ensure solutions align with global Animal Health IT platforms and the wider GAHM (Global Animal Health Manufacturing) strategy
Contribute to change management activities and support adoption of sustainable solutions
Build domain expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing business processes, systems and data
Support standardisation of IT and automation systems across manufacturing environments
Assist with configuring technologies while supporting compliance, cyber security and business continuity requirements
Support site modernisation projects within approved scope and timelines
Apply system life cycle practices and IT methods to deliver process integration solutions
Support the stability, maintenance, performance and compliance of applications in production
Contribute to a strong regional and global IT community and help reinforce the One IT strategy
Eager to participate in Modernisation or Digitisation initiatives in Manufacturing Shop Floor with emerging technologies such as IoT. Also participate in the integration and management of Manufacturing Systems inPharma/Biopharma/Medical Devices
What You Must have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant project experience
Prior experience in IT and business process design
Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Knowledge of biological science processes and methods supporting information systems
Understanding of process redesign methods such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or Total Quality Management
Knowledge of facilitation and organisational change management
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with peers and leaders
Ability to think creatively and apply sound judgement to situation-specific issues
Strong organisational awareness and the ability to build effective relationships across geography, culture and expertise
Open, collaborative and receptive to feedback, ideas and evidence
Interest in modernisation and digitisation initiatives in manufacturing shop floor environments, including IoT
Interest in the integration and management of manufacturing systems in pharma, biopharma or medical devices
Desirable Experience
