WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The Consumer Insights job belongs to “Analytics & Insights” job family. These roles focus on understanding consumer behaviors, needs, and motivations, while transforming complex data into insights and strategies to drive business decisions. This knowledge is used to guide strategic decision-making across the company.
  • This entry-level role within the Consumer Insights job family is focused on supporting and assisting in the execution of strategies within the team or organization. You will be involved in smaller, less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation, often at a local or site level.
  • You will answer and anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business and will demonstrate use of data visualization, storytelling and analytic tools to grasp business insights from mountains of data and consumer inputs.
  • You will collaborate and network effectively within your immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Job Qualifications

.

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • Ability to grasp business insights from different sources of data, and a willingness to share insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
  • Up to 3 years of previous experience.
  • Prior experience in market research, consumer insights or Data Analytics is a plus but not required
  • Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and passion for winning.
