As a Data Analytics & BI Reporting - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing data pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Developing data integration and transformation solutions using platforms like Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory
- Building and maintaining data infrastructure to support scalable analytics and reporting
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure Databricks for cloud-based data engineering tasks
- Optimizing database performance and confirming data security through best practices in database management
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic recommendations
- Managing data quality and validation processes to maintain integrity and reliability of data outputs
- Leading efforts in data architecture development and dimensional modeling to enhance data accessibility and usability
- Navigating complex situations and fostering meaningful client relationships to drive business growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
