As Business Analyst – Absence, Time & Attendance within our Digital People Services team, you'll be the operational backbone of our global Time & Attendance solutions, ensuring tens of thousands of Sanofi employees worldwide have accurate, compliant, and user-friendly systems for managing their working time and absences. Join our Digital Delivery & Operations team, a key enabler of Sanofi's People & Culture strategy. You'll work in a dynamic, portfolio-based environment supporting diverse solutions including Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management across our global footprint. - Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and People Services stakeholders for system changes, enhancements, and new country rollouts, translating them into clear functional specifications
- Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules hands-on, including time calculation rules, absence plans, accrual policies, work schedules, and shift patterns aligned with local regulations
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and user guides to ensure audit-ready standards and effective knowledge transfer
- Support incident management and problem resolution for Time & Attendance systems, working with IT support teams to troubleshoot issues and implement permanent fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital Product Owners, HR business stakeholders, People Services teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable, compliant solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities in configurations and processes to enhance the employee experience
- Stay current with Workday releases and assess the impact of new features on existing configurations, ensuring systems remain up-to-date and compliant
- Experience in HR technology with demonstrated hands-on experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management modules in complex, multinational environments
- Strong technical knowledge & experience of time entry templates, calculation rules and integration capabilities is required
- Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management certification is a big plus
- Business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional specification writing, with proven experience in test planning and UAT coordination
- Multi-country expertise with familiarity in working time regulations, collective agreements, shift patterns, and absence policy variations across different countries
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Languages: English proficiency required; additional languages advantageous for global collaboration

The salary range for this position is :€43.600,00 - €65.400,00
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
