🎯 Propósito Principal
Dirigir y gobernar la gestión integral de la información de clientes y base de suscriptores, garantizando la calidad, integridad, disponibilidad y cumplimiento regulatorio.
Este rol es clave para habilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas mediante analítica avanzada, reportería ejecutiva y optimización de procesos CRM, impulsando la eficiencia operativa y el crecimiento del negocio.
📊 Responsabilidades clave
Liderar la administración de la base de clientes B2C y B2B, asegurando la calidad e integridad de la información.
Definir y ejecutar estrategias de gobierno y calidad de datos.
Gestionar la numeración móvil y fija, optimizando su uso y disponibilidad para la operación comercial.
Garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio ante SIGET y otros entes, incluyendo reportes y auditorías.
Generar insights estratégicos sobre comportamiento de clientes para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y eficiencia.
Diseñar y automatizar procesos de información y reportería utilizando SQL y herramientas de BI.
Desarrollar dashboards y reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones a nivel operativo, gerencial y estratégico.
Coordinar con múltiples áreas (marketing, CRM, legal, call center, tecnología) para asegurar consistencia y uso adecuado de la información.
Impulsar eficiencia operativa mediante automatización, reducción de reprocesos y mejora continua.
🔎 Requisitos
Profesional graduado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Industrial, Estadística, Matemática, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
Experiencia de 6–8 años en Business Intelligence, Data Management, CRM o áreas relacionadas.
Experiencia trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos (millones de registros).
Dominio avanzado de SQL y herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau u otros).
Experiencia en gobierno y calidad de datos.
Alta capacidad analítica, pensamiento estratégico y habilidades de comunicación e influencia.
