About the Team
The Sales Enablement (SE) team within Client Engagement supports client-facing teams across Sales, Wealth Management, and Advice. As a cross-functional team, SE partners across operations, performance management, and technology implementation to support business priorities and team effectiveness. The team works in close collaboration with front-line sales leaders and serves as a strategic partner to senior sales leadership by helping connect day-to-day execution with broader business goals.
Role Summary
The Senior Analyst will support Individual Investors (II) through three primary areas of focus: strategy support, initiative execution, and AI enablement. The role will help senior leaders assess priorities, develop insights, and translate complex questions into clear analysis, recommendations, and executive-ready materials. It will also lead defined workstreams within priority initiatives and support practical AI applications that improve productivity, decision support, and business workflows. The role will also partner across Client Engagement and broader II teams to advance priorities such as Workplace Rollover Retention and Holistic Lifetime Advice. It requires strong judgment, polished communication, comfort with senior leaders, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy development through analysis, insight generation, and structured problem-solving for senior leaders.
- Lead defined workstreams within priority initiatives, including planning, coordination, analysis, and stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Support execution of strategic priorities through reporting, presentation development, and cross-functional coordination.
- Translate complex data and stakeholder input into clear recommendations and practical next steps.
- Partners across sales, wealth management, advice, and data teams to support strategic priorities and consistent execution.
- Identify and support practical AI use cases that improve productivity, reporting, decision support, and workflows.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, sales operations, client engagement, wealth management, or a related field.
- Experience leading workstreams or projects involving multiple stakeholders and senior-level visibility.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills, with the ability to develop actionable recommendations,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for leadership audiences.
- Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and bring structure to complex business questions.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and related sales or client engagement workflows.
- Strong interest in AI and its practical application to productivity, reporting, workflow improvement, and client engagement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience mentoring analysts, reviewing deliverables, or raising the quality of team outputs.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Success Profile
A successful Senior Analyst will move beyond reporting activity to develop insights, frame decisions, and recommend practical actions. The individual should be comfortable working with senior leaders, managing visible workstreams, and translating strategic priorities into clear deliverables. Success in this role requires judgment, communication, analytical rigor, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Analyst should also bring a strong interest in AI, with the ability to identify practical use cases and support adoption to improve productivity, decision-making, and business workflows.
Base Salary Ranges

$104,000.00 - $178,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$114,000.00 - $196,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$130,000.00 - $222,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
