Technology, Data & Analytics
The Data & Analytics team is Justworks' data and AI center of excellence - a connected set of functions spanning business intelligence, data science, data governance, analytics engineering, platform data/ML engineering and AI builders. You're a strategic operator who blends analytical fluency with executive communication and program rigor. You think in systems - how strategy, planning, stakeholder relationships, and delivery mechanisms connect to produce organizational clarity - and you know how to make all of those things work together at scale.
You've partnered closely with senior leaders on high-stakes strategic work: annual planning, investment decisions, business reviews, organizational narratives. You're comfortable co-authoring a strategy memo, pressure-testing an assumption, or framing a functional narrative for a leadership audience. You bring a genuine point of view grounded in data, analytics and AI fluency.
You balance strategic altitude and operational follow-through, equally comfortable identifying where an organization should invest next and running the program that gets it there. You build trust quickly across functions and know how to represent a point of view with credibility when senior leaders are in the room.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $175,500.00 - $201,825.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
