This senior role sits at the heart of a highly data-driven environment, where analytics directly shape product evolution, operational efficiency, and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide leadership and cross-functional teams. The position requires a strong balance between technical depth and business understanding, with constant interaction across product, technology, and operational areas. You will also play a key role in strengthening data quality, governance, and analytical best practices across the organization. Working in a fast-paced digital health ecosystem, you will contribute to improving access, efficiency, and quality in healthcare at scale. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct advanced data analyses to generate actionable insights that support business, product, and operational decision-making.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and management reports, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across multiple sources, proposing improvements in data pipelines and processes.
  • Develop analytical models to support forecasting, segmentation, and opportunity identification.
  • Promote and support a data-driven culture by sharing best practices in analytics, KPIs, and data usage.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives by delivering data-backed recommendations and critical analysis.
  • Leverage generative AI tools and agents to accelerate query development, automate repetitive analytical tasks, and enhance exploratory analysis.
  • Requirements:

    • Solid experience in data analysis within complex environments, preferably in tech, healthcare, or regulated industries.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Apache Superset, or Looker.
    • Knowledge of data modeling and data governance best practices.
    • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to support analytics, productivity, and automation workflows.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or autonomous agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
    • Ability to translate technical data into clear business insights and storytelling.
    • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
    • Differential qualifications:

      • Experience in healthtech, healthcare, or regulated sectors.
      • Knowledge of Python or R for statistical and predictive analysis.
      • Experience with cloud platforms and Big Data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
      • Background in data science or applied machine learning projects.
      • Experience fostering data-driven culture in organizations.
      • Advanced use of generative AI and autonomous agents for analytics and pipeline automation.
