About You

You are:
Motivated, with a strong background in accounting, management, or finance.
Experienced in SAP, Microsoft Office tools, and personnel management.
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Assertive in communication, adaptable to change, and excellent at building relationships.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and drive continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Your role will involve:
Managing communication with customers and stakeholders.
Conciliation of deposit payments and credit note processes.
Initiating, leading, and following through on disputes, managing customer portals, and resolving outstanding balances.
Supporting external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation.
Developing and managing continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
At least one year of experience in Collections process, internal control, or financial areas.
Ability to maintain a work schedule of 9-hour shifts, including late night shifts.
Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of accounting and relevant controls framework, including CFIs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, proactive, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, assertive communication, adaptability to change, excellent interpersonal relationships, and teamwork.
Continuous process improvement mindset.
