About the Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to support and service Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolios within Commercial Banking Operations. This role is responsible for leading moderately complex to complex servicing activities, ensuring accurate execution, regulatory compliance, and superior customer outcomes. The role also serves as a platform subject matter expert (such as: Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY etc.) and owns training and talent development initiatives for the ABL servicing group.
The position requires strong collaboration with Line of Business (Relationship and Portfolio Management teams) Risk & Technology partners, while acting as an escalation point for client issues, operational risks, and process gaps.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
