Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Treasury Operations - VP

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist - Treasury Operations - VP, to join the International Operations Team in our Singapore Branch.


In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of commercial loan closings, including the preparation, review, and execution of all related documentation for facilities and transactions.

  • Oversees the accurate onboarding and funding of deals into core accounting and operational systems.

  • Performs detailed reviews of collateral documentation, legal agreements, and credit approvals to ensure all executed terms are correctly captured and aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Supports daily treasury operations with a strong focus on processing and managing SWIFT messages.

  • Manages funding activities related to procure-to-pay (P2P) and payroll, while providing operational support across treasury functions.

  • Additionally, contributes to supply chain finance activities and participates in internal initiatives and projects aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent along with experience in handling SWIFT messages, Payment processing and Treasury Operations.
  • 7 + years of experience in Lending, Payments Processing and Treasury Operations.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate from a reputable institution is preferred.
