This role is a high-performance, remote outside sales position focused on originating and growing real estate investment lending relationships across the country. You will work with experienced investors, brokers, and referral partners to structure and fund a wide range of financing solutions, including fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge, and rental property loans. The position combines relationship-driven business development with full-cycle loan ownership, from prospecting and structuring through underwriting and closing. You will operate with significant autonomy while leveraging strong internal support teams, including underwriting, marketing, and deal desk functions.
