Regional Loan Officer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Loan Officer based in the United States.

This role is a high-performance, remote outside sales position focused on originating and growing real estate investment lending relationships across the country. You will work with experienced investors, brokers, and referral partners to structure and fund a wide range of financing solutions, including fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge, and rental property loans. The position combines relationship-driven business development with full-cycle loan ownership, from prospecting and structuring through underwriting and closing. You will operate with significant autonomy while leveraging strong internal support teams, including underwriting, marketing, and deal desk functions. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and closing real estate investment loans while developing strong relationships with investors, brokers, and industry partners across the United States.

  • Source, develop, and manage a consistent pipeline of real estate investment lending opportunities
  • Originate and structure loans including fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge, and DSCR rental financing
  • Own the full loan lifecycle from initial outreach through underwriting, approval, and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners to generate repeat business
  • Educate clients on lending products and positioning, acting as a trusted advisor within your market
  • Achieve high production targets by closing significant monthly loan volume
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and community engagement to strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, deal desk, and marketing to ensure smooth deal execution
  • Requirements

    This role requires a driven and experienced lending professional with strong sales capabilities, deep knowledge of real estate investment finance, and an established network in the industry.

    • 2+ years of experience in private lending, mortgage lending, or real estate investment finance
    • Strong understanding of real estate investment products such as fix-and-flip, construction, bridge, and DSCR loans
    • Existing investor or broker network (book of business strongly preferred)
    • Proven ability to source, structure, and close new lending opportunities
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
    • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven mindset
    • Active NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
