What You'll Do

Primary Purpose of the Position:

This position is primarily responsible to:

Bringing global premium tire products to Chinese consumers. With stable cooperative relations with well-known tire brands around the world, we strive to build a leading platform for our products in the Chinese market. To further expand our digital sales layout, we are now looking for an excellent O2O Channel Development Manager to join our team and jointly drive the rapid development of the company's Douyin e-commerce business and roll to other O2O channels.

Target delivery and operation management:

  • Sales target delivery -- Formulate and implement the overall sales strategy and annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets for the O2O channel of tires, and be fully responsible for the achievement of sales performance, revenue and profit indicators of the channel.
  • Operation tracking--Oversee the daily operation and management of the Douyin e-commerce channel, including store operation, product listing, live broadcast planning, short video content coordination, paid promotion (Douyin Ads), and after-sales service coordination, so as to improve store traffic, conversion rate and customer retention rate.
  • Investment management--Develop and maintain cooperative relations with Douyin platform, key KOLs/KOCs in the tire industry, and agency partners, plan and implement promotional activities (such as brand days, flash sales, group buying), and expand brand influence and product sales volume in the Douyin ecosystem.

Operational Excellence:

  • Track and analyze the sales data, user behavior data and market trends of the Douyin channel, summarize operational experience and existing problems, and continuously optimize the sales strategy and operational plan to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external retailors (purchasing, logistics, customer service, marketing, retail stores) to ensure the stability of tire supply chain, smooth order fulfillment and high-quality after-sales service, and improve customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth.

Industry insight:

  • Collect market information and competitor dynamics in the international tire e-commerce industry, put forward targeted market development suggestions and product optimization opinions for the company's decision-making

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, E-commerce Business Administration or related fields; those with relevant industry experience can appropriately relax the academic requirements.

  • Above 10 years of experience in O2O, e-commerce, or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channel operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Douyin ecosystem operations lead or growth owner.

Proven experience in O2O channel annual planning, including budgeting, ROI management, and business model design.

  • Ability to independently lead business negotiations and finalize cooperation agreements with platforms, MCNs, and KOL partners.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major cross-functional projects, such as annual mega promotions, brand days, or large-scale livestreaming initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the Douyin ecosystem, including traffic mechanisms, livestreaming, short video operations, and paid advertising.

Experience across multiple O2O platforms, such as Dianping, Amap, Xiaohongshu, Meituan, or JD Daojia. Experience in the tire or automotive aftermarket industry is preferred
