Responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer. Identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
About the Job
- Proactively research and identify potential clients in the freight forwarding industry. Generate leads and develop a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth. Develop and execute business development plans and strategies based on market intelligence.
- Prepare and deliver compelling and comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and promote the company's services. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead contract negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Collaborate with the local-legal advisor and finance teams to review and finalize contractual terms and conditions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and market insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
