  • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization to deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Help shape partnership strategy while also driving day-to-day operational execution.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, benefits consultants, or brokers.
  • Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

Growth Mindset

  • Proven ability to generate, influence, and close new business opportunities through partner channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
